How to Energize Your Power Centers [Transformational Workshop]

Everyone has 5 power centers that fuel different aspects of our human experience. These can become depleted as you go about living your life, and it is important to be able to Energize them again. The five energy centers that we work with in this workshop are shown in the image below.
