By raising your energetic vibration, you automatically begin to think more objectively and to feel more loving and open-hearted. This will enable you to create much better outcomes in challenging situations.

You can and should use the technique even when you aren’t emotionally upset, and merely want to raise your vibration. In this way it can become a practice you use every day for a wide range of applications.

These are some ways that you can use the Calling Forth Your Soul Light:

  • Before meditating to deepen and enrich the experience
  • Before doing any changework or healing work on yourself or others to increase your effectiveness 
  • When you are upset or feeling stressed to calm yourself down and feel more clear headed and even-keeled
  • Before bed to help you to relax and sleep better
  • Before getting out of bed in the morning to prep you to start the day in a positive, optimistic and benevolent mind-set
  • Before any important event — business or personal — so that you can show up in the best way you can
  • Before family time or romantic time with your partner to feel more connected and loving
  • Or simply any time you need a “pick-me-up” to increase your energy and positive outlook on life

    Hi Mark,

    This exercise is very healthy for me. It took about 2
    minutes. I often sit down and talk to my inner child. I started this Calling Forth My Light technique by visualizing that today. I quickly saw that inner self light up slowly, completely, and it surrounded me like a party tent. I invited my inner child to come to me and hug adult me. I tingled all over and I stepped back into myself. I indeed feel lighter and happier, but more than that, I feel confident that whatever comes up today, I’m handle it well. I’ll be using this technique a few times each day. Thank you.


      Really, really enjoyed the exercise! Thank you for teaching it! I’m a Social Worker/Bachelors Level Memtal Health Case Manager. I often feel the heaviness of some of my patients and have experienced compassion fatigue. I work with patients who who have “Bi-polar diagnosis and Schizophrenia. Maybe I can begin to do this before each phone call, and get faster at it, use it as a tool. I’d like to teach some of this to my clients but am.mostly expected to use CBT.
