If I were to pick up a stick and whack another person, I think I would be able to see that it had a negative impact.
And I’m pretty sure I would remember it…
…and I’m absolutely certain I would regret it.
So I cringe when I think about how many people I must have harmed in my lifetime without even knowing it.
That’s because our thoughts have an impact on people.
Negative thoughts have a negative impact on other people energy, and positive thoughts have a positive impact.
The impact happens instantly, and from anywhere in the world.
You probably have had experiences where you felt the impact of someone’s negative thoughts. I have too, and I talk about one of them in today’s video.
I also share a video clip from a workshop that demonstrates that impact with two volunteers from the audience.
Not only do I want to encourage you to be very intentional about your thoughts from now on, I want to share with you what you can do if you slip up and hurl a negative thought at someone.
You can find out about all of that in today’s video.
Enjoy!
love and blessings, Mark
