With all the hardship, trauma, and conflict in the world, you may be asking yourself , “Am I doing enough?”
That may create feelings of guilt, or lead to involving yourself in the wrong things, or even overextending yourself.
In this video I explore this topic from the Soul Side.
Enjoy!
love and blessings, Mark

Such a wonderful reminder Mark. Thank you once again for your insight and wisdom, commitment and love to do what you do
Funny you are talking about this because I have been struggling with this for some time now and it provokes feelings of inadequacy. Just to be clear, your video doesn’t provoke those feelings, me trying to figure out for myself exactly what my niche/calling is. It puts a halt on moving forward and I end up settling for less.
Mark I think you should post this again ( now Nov 4). I think a lot of people will be wanting to do something more. Just my opinion. Thanks muck love.
Thank you for this message today Mark. It’s very timely for me. Without the usual routine during these extraordinary times, this ego has been wanting to “invent” new ways of turning attention away from the fruits of this time, which is the inner work that many of us (hello, ME) have hungered for. I’ve begun to ask myself who I am and how to express that “me” now that the outside “rules” have changed. It’s a daily question and I agree….it’s not a big “AHA” but incremental daily realizations of “yes, this is me”, one baby “oh yeah…..” at a time.
Well I’m usually not to big on idialism or any thing of that nature. But I did get good vibes from you and did not disagree with anything you said so I will join
That’s great to hear Jeffery! I look forward to seeing you in the group!
Mark, thank you again for another timely reminder. I too burned myself out to the point of exhaustion through my earlier years. I brought my same drive and type A personality (which isn’t really me) into my work as a massage therapist and then as I began energy work. Not to mention carrying the cross, so to say, of the martyr archetype which also supported my own programming and conclusion, I don’t want to be a burden. So, instead I “carried the burden” to the degree one of my teachers said Debbie, your only problem is you do not have holes in your hands, you are not Jesus. I often now in private sessions have people who have the Christian indoctrination, lay down their crosses. For years I have only been doing what I have been called to do. For instance my New Moon Sessions; I am not an astrologer, so when I “heard” do this and offer it for free, I simply listened and followed through. I have been blessed so much by following that guidance and in turn have been honored to share the blessings with others. Now, in my daily life and in my work, when I feel “under pressure” I do my integrating, assimilating and clearing work but first I always ask, “Is this mine to do?” If it is, I do what is being called to be done. If it isn’t, I let it go with compassion and blessing.
